William J. Lynn III
Chief Executive Officer, Finmeccanica North America and DRS Technologies, Inc.
William J. “Bill” Lynn III is the Chief Executive Officer of both Finmeccanica North America and DRS Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining DRS in January 2012, Lynn served as the 30th United States Deputy Secretary of Defense from 2009 until 2011. Serving under Secretaries Robert Gates and Leon Panetta, he managed three million personnel and oversaw an annual budget of $700 billion. He also personally led the Defense Department's efforts in cybersecurity, space strategy and energy policy.

Terence J. Murphy
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Terence J. Murphy joined DRS Technologies in 2001 and has held a variety of positions within DRS prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer. Murphy has more than 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry with diverse experience in direct profit & loss and operational responsibility, general management, product development, program management and product design. Most recently, Murphy served as president of the DRS Network and Imaging Systems Group focused on the convergence of network, computing and imaging systems for military and commercial markets. Prior to that position within DRS, Murphy served in multiple executive roles of increasing responsibility, including president of the Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition Group, vice president and general manager of the Infrared Technologies Division and vice president of Technical Operations for the RSTA business unit. Prior to joining DRS, Murphy worked for Texas Instruments and Motorola in a variety of management and product design positions.

Sandra L. Hodgkinson
Vice President, Strategic Planning, Chief of Staff
Sandra “Sandy” Hodgkinson is Chief of Staff to the CEO, and works closely with the COO, CFO and Group Presidents to develop and execute the DRS strategic plan. Hodgkinson also supports the Finmeccanica North America Steering Committee, which brings together the leaders of Finmeccanica North America, DRS, Alenia, AgustaWestland, Selex and Finmeccanica Group Corporate to guide and focus strategy and operations in North America and the Shared Services agreements supporting the operating companies. Hodgkinson previously served as a career civil servant up through the rank of senior executive service at the Department of Defense, the State Department and The White House. Her assignments included Distinguished Visiting Research Fellow at National Defense University; The Special Assistant (Chief of Staff) to Deputy Secretary William J. Lynn, III; Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense; Deputy to the Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues; Director for International Justice at the National Security Council; and as Senior Advisor at the Coalition Provisional Authority in Baghdad, Iraq. Prior to civil service, Hodgkinson spent six years as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps officer serving as an appellate clerk, a Prosecutor/International Criminal Jurisdiction Officer (Naples, Italy) and as a Country Program Director, training foreign military and civilians in more than 30 countries. She is a Captain in the Navy JAG Corps reserves.

Jim Scott is President of the DRS Aviation, Communication and Homeland Security (ACHS) business group. In this capacity, he leads the DRS business portfolio in the areas of satellite services, network and telecommunications, electronic and cybersecurity solutions, and aviation maintenance repair and overhaul businesses. ACHS is headquartered in Herndon, Virginia with major facilities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, Florida, Montana and Germany.

Steven J. Cortese
Executive Vice President, Washington Operations
Prior to joining DRS, Steven Cortese served as Senior Vice President, Government Relations and Corporate Communications at ATK, an aerospace, defense and commercial products company. He was responsible for all company activities in Washington, DC, including Congressional and Pentagon relations, leading the company’s pursuit of Department of Defense and NASA business and helping shape its international business strategy. Cortese also led ATK Corporate Communications and was the primary interface with supply chain partners and major prime contractors in Washington.
